First, you'll chat with the recruiter. Then, you'll meet with the CEO and another stakeholder to answer questions, but they won't review any case studies. After that, there's a week-long design challenge where they want you to redesign their live website, which feels like they're asking for free work rather than a hypothetical exercise. Finally, you'll come into the office to meet the team.

I first talked to the recruiter/HR, then met two managers, all on the same day but separately. The whole thing took about two hours. The HR person was nice. The managers asked questions that didn't seem to fit the job, and I got the impression I wouldn't like working with them.

It was a tech interview with multiple people, and we could use different languages. They asked basic cs problems on a whiteboard, and I had to solve them with no help. I had to talk through my answers within time limits. It wasn't too difficult.
