The interview process had 5 steps. It started with a recruiter reaching out. Then I had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by two technical interviews with different people, and a clinical interview also with two different people. After that, there was an onsite interview. The final step was supposed to be a video call with the VP. I was pretty disappointed not to get selected after the onsite, felt like a waste of my time and energy since I worked hard and gave my best. The reason they gave for not selecting me didn't make much sense, I suspect they wanted a male candidate and picked one, but gave me some other excuse. I'm really disappointed with their judgment and won't consider this company again.

The interview was easy, but the feedback was really poor. They said I didn't wear a suit and tie, which was disrespectful even though I asked the recruiter what to wear. They also thought I showed poor judgment by bringing old documents from past companies that were public. They felt I didn't understand or review the company well, even though I read everything I could online, but a lot of it was outdated. It's a research company, but I'm not sure how they'll survive with no sales. The interviewers were an older, diverse group who didn't really grasp the V&V process. I think I would have been better off talking to the engineers instead of the testers.

I had a phone interview with the CFO which went well. Then I was invited for a face-to-face interview. I arrived on time and was greeted by the Controller, who was very professional, accommodating, and courteous. The CFO hadn’t arrived yet, so I met with operations and a new C-level officer. I was told the interviews were going well. I later found out the CFO was in a meeting and unavailable. We rescheduled the interview. A week later, I received a one-sentence email stating they were holding off on hiring. Four months after that, they re-posted the position. It wasn't a good experience, especially since I was invited for an on-site interview and didn't even get a hello from the hiring manager.

First, a recruiter gave me a call. Then I went in for an on-site interview. After that, I met with someone from a cross-functional team and got a tour of the place. I had to go back for a second on-site interview where I met with more team members. They sent me an offer about two weeks later.
