First I had to do a typing test, then a 1-1 interview. They gave me an offer in less than a week. They asked a bunch of questions about how I dealt with managing crises, conflicts with coworkers, and feedback on my performance. I wasn't told the hours needed until the offer was made, and the salary was set, though it was competitive.

This was a good and easygoing interview process. I was able to schedule the interview very soon after I submitted my application. The interviewer was punctual, relatable and kind. The interview was a little more rigorous than I expected, especially since the education requirements are only a high school diploma or GED.
