The interview process was pretty standard, involving three main stages: an initial call with the hiring manager for your future department, followed by a meeting with the head of the center, and finally, an interview with the head of the company or institute. While it might be basic for junior positions, it can get pretty intense for more senior ones, which is typical for a large corporation. A drawback is the significant waiting time for the final interview round and the background check, which can be very long.

So, first they selected us, then we had a 2-hour writing test with lots of candidates, both experienced and not. After picking the best ones, we moved to the panel interview with at least 2 interviewers, one HR and one technical. The technical questions were easy for me, given my experience and skills. The HR person asked about my salary expectations. I made my proposal, and they said they couldn't meet it, but after negotiating, I'm now the highest-paid engineer.

It was good, not many technical questions. I was applying in my second year of university and the interview was pretty quick. The recruiter was really nice and also responded pretty quickly. Everything was great, no stress. It was one person asking, and they noted down my answers.

So first there was the CV screening, which I think was the toughest part. After that, we had an interview that lasted about an hour. Then there was a test, you had to get at least 15-20 correct answers out of 30 to pass. Also had to get over 550 on the Toeic and then a specialized test where you needed 21/30 to pass. The whole thing took about a month.
