First, we want to understand your background, experience, and why you're interested in this role. We'll also check your communication skills, see if you're a good cultural fit, and if you align with our company values. We'll talk about salary, when you can start, and the details of the job. Depending on the role, we might also test your technical skills. For example, if it's a finance job, we'll ask about financial analysis, or for marketing roles, we might give you case studies or scenarios to work through.

You need to stand out, but not too much; they aren't looking for a star everyone looks up to. They want someone with a personality that can serve guests well.
- They asked random questions to gauge your personality.
