First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VieMed.
Field Service Analyst
It was a laid-back interview. A group of people interviewed me. It was a two-part panel interview. Some questions felt repeated. The questions focused on patient service. They really delved into the customer service aspect of the role. Overall, a really nice experience. The panel put me at ease, making it simple to respond to questions.

Administrative Assistant
The interview process was alright. The people I met were nice and I'm excited about the possibility of working there. The compensation was a bit on the lower side, but I'm hopeful for future raises. I don't have much else to add right now but will update this later.
- Where do you see yourself in the long run?
Oxygen Delivery Technician
So a recruiter reached out to me on a different job board and said I had an interview coming up soon. The recruiter told me it was about a 30 to 40 minute convo. The role comes with some perks like a company credit card for gas and another for oil changes and tires, plus a company phone and laptop. I'll need a space to store my inventory. There's on-call duty that alternates weekly between me and another RT, and I'll have a 2-hour coverage range. Setting up equipment takes about 20-30 minutes. Pay is $20 an hour plus $10 commission per setup, and $25 for late or on-call setups. I need to use my own car. I'll be seeing 30-50 patients, going to their homes or the hospital for setups. There's one week of training at HQ and another week with an in-field trainer. They'll cover travel expenses to Louisiana, including flights or driving, with dinner reimbursed and hotel covered. There's a revenue share bonus twice a year. I'll have to bring nebulizer equipment to RTs and do yearly patient check-ups. Benefits are good, with the company covering about 90% of medical and 100% of dental and vision. I asked about a storage unit for inventory, and they think the company will pay for it. I'll have to keep my own supplies organized. I'll also be tracking down paperwork and signatures. They mentioned if a patient has an issue with their permanent oxygen machine, I can give them a portable one until the next day to reduce late calls. My interview itself consisted of 2 RTs, and I'm guessing one is like an area manager or something; it was a Zoom interview.

Sales Representative
It was easy, but there were 4-5 interviews with multiple people. For a role like this, 3 interviews would be sufficient, especially since I had to meet the same person on Zoom and in person.
