The recruiter reached out via email, which was a surprise, finding my contact on GitHub. The initial conversation was really friendly, and I appreciated them scheduling it at a late hour. I found the company to be very transparent about their internal processes and the challenges associated with the role. The interview process is pretty straightforward and relaxed: first, a friendly chat with the recruiter (about 30 minutes), then an interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes), followed by two technical interviews (lasting around 2 hours), and finally, an interview with a Product Manager (45 minutes). I was genuinely pleased and surprised that they included a Product Manager interview; it's a fantastic idea.

I applied online and then got an email to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. This person was super unprepared and rude, like they were bothered by having to talk to me. They asked me about my resume and then some technical ML stuff.
