Behavioral Case

Had 4 rounds total. Started with HR, then the hiring manager, followed by the tech lead, and wrapped up with a group interview with some senior folks from both product and tech. We mostly talked about standard product owner questions and design thinking.

Behavioral Presentation

First, I had a screening interview with a recruiter. The questions listed below are from this initial interview. Then, the second interview involved a role-playing exercise where I had to act as a diabetes patient. They evaluated my use of Motivational Interviewing (MI). No specific questions were asked during this part.

Behavioral

I applied and had a quick recruiter call, then met with the hiring manager for 30 mins. Next, I met their boss for 45 mins. The last step was meeting two current CSMs. The whole thing was fast, but then it went silent for a week. I had to follow up multiple times to find out they were still interviewing people. After 3 weeks, I was told I didn't get the job, but then out of nowhere, they said I was being considered for a different role I didn't even apply for. The recruiter couldn't explain why I wasn't told about being considered for another role and why I didn't get the original one. She did mention there were 800 applicants.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an initial recruiter interview that was straightforward and conversational. The next round was with another recruiter and their new recruiting coordinator via video. The recruiter didn't have her camera on, but the coordinator and I did. The recruiter asked a lot of experience questions that didn't make sense given my 3 years in the role. She also seemed to leave the call at one point, as the coordinator asked her a question and she didn't respond and was gone for a while. She returned and acted normal, which was bizarre and made me not want to proceed.
