Personal Trainer
The process was all over the place. Communication was messy from the start. Took ages to get a start date after signing the contract. I didn't even get my assignment until Sunday night, 9:30 pm.

The interview process was quite straightforward. After applying online, I had a phone screening. Following that, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was a casual chat that lasted around 20 minutes, with most questions being situational. They wanted me to talk about my background and also give me a chance to ask questions.

It started with a phone call where they asked basic stuff about my past jobs, what I'm good at, and what I'm not so good at. Then, I had an in-person interview with four people all at the same time. It was pretty chill, but everyone asked questions. Make sure you know your resume super well.
