It's not difficult, but there's a lack of information and it's lengthy. The company says they'll contact you the next day, but it takes over a week. Also, the work schedule is terrible, and workers can't use their own motorcycles or bikes, only company transport, which is ridiculous.

The interview process had many stages, very spaced out, requiring lots of trips to the company office at inconvenient times since I was employed. Dates were often rescheduled due to interviewers' availability. Despite this, I moved forward and was approved, with the process lasting about 2 months. However, my salary expectations, stated from the start, were only met after the final stage. I gave a preliminary acceptance, but the pandemic delayed my hiring. When hiring resumed, I disagreed with the new conditions and withdrew my candidacy to protect myself. On the bright side, the people involved were very pleasant and cordial throughout, making the experience and interactions very rich.

The recruitment process was fine, HR was helpful, accessible, and punctual. The issue was with the technical interview. The hiring manager brought in an IT analyst to ask questions. This analyst, who introduced themselves as part of the infrastructure (storage) team, conducted the interview uncomfortably and harshly, acting like an inquisitor and belittling my skills and education. This happened to other candidates too, which is probably why the position has been open for 6 months. I'm sure this behavior doesn't reflect a company like Vicunha. It's a shame.
