Mostly behavioral, they want to know how you handle different situations, work with others, and approach challenges. Instead of just technical skills, they want to understand your personality, communication style, and problem-solving abilities. They'll move forward if they think you can do the job and are a good cultural and interpersonal fit for the team.

It was mostly behavioral with a lot of open-ended questions. The questions were pretty generic and not too hard to prepare for. They also asked a few things about my background in advice and planning.

Behavioral Technical

I had an interview with three department heads. They were all super nice and asked a lot of questions. They seemed genuinely interested in me. I think I came across as too technical because I have a math background, and they called me back to say they were sorry but didn't have a role that would fit my skills. They mentioned that the company's future is more technical, but they aren't there yet.

I went through a zoom interview and two additional phone interviews, and everything seemed to go well. I emailed to follow up but never heard back. They didn't say anything like 'we've moved on' or 'thanks for your time'.
