I've interviewed with this company two times before, and the process was pretty similar both times. First, there was a call with the recruiter, who was great. Then, I had another interview with the head of the department I was applying to. The final interview was a long one with my potential teammates, the head of HR, the department head, and the CEO. In that last interview, I had to do a small project. I got to that final stage both times. It's a long process, but I think it's important for figuring out if you really want the job and if the company is a good fit. You get to meet the people you'd be working with and make sure it's the right place for you.

The interview process was pretty standard, but thorough. I applied on their website and heard back from a recruiter the very next day. Then I had two phone screens, each about 30 minutes long. After those, I had a longer interview with four people, which took about 2.5 to 3 hours. During the interviews, I got a really good sense of their company culture and how much they value it. They made sure I'd be a good fit with their values, and honestly, I've never felt more welcomed in an interview. The questions were a mix of typical interview questions and some about me personally, which was nice. I'm really excited about the possibility of growing with this company!

The interview process was really thorough, which makes sense! It included a 30-minute phone screen, another 30-minute phone interview, a 2-2.5 hour video interview with different employees, and a final 30-minute video interview with the CEO/Founder. Victorious has a great company culture, and this detailed process helps them find the right people. I'm excited to grow with this amazing, supportive team!
