I was contacted less than 24 hours after submitting my resume on LinkedIn. I spoke with an individual from HR who asked me a few questions about my prior experience and compensation rate. I was then asked to set up an interview with the Business Development manager. I spoke with the BD Manager, then a another interview with them the following week. Finally I moved on to the final interview with the VP of sales. They were sort of quick and cold (as you’d expect executive level people to be) ai thought the interviews went well. I followed up 7 days after not hearing anything. I was told “we are still in the process of making a decision.” The next day they had the job re-posted. I understand that it is sometimes normal to be “ghosted” but after taking off work for a few days for interviews and being in constant contact with them for about a month, I thought I’d at-least hear something. Bad way to conduct business. I won’t apply again to this company.

I was invited in for an in-person interview right away, without a phone screen or initial interview. First, I met with the hiring manager, who told me more about the job and asked me general questions about my past work. She asked me why I wanted this job and this company, plus other typical questions about my background. Then, I spoke with the HR manager, and she asked many of the same things. She had a set list of questions, covering standard interview topics and behavioral questions. They said they'd call candidates they wanted to move forward with the next week, but I didn't get a call, so I guess I'm not moving on.

O contato inicial foi por WhatsApp. Tive uma entrevista online com o RH, seguida por duas etapas presenciais com o gerente e colegas do setor. Por fim, realizei um teste online com cerca de 11 questões focadas na área comercial.

I had a phone interview with the office manager who was in charge of the interns. It went well and they offered me the position right after the call. The entire process was quite straightforward, and they sent over the visa paperwork immediately. I wasn't thrilled to find out all the interns were German, and the other colleagues weren't happy about that either since Americans didn't get a chance to work there.
