I dropped off my CV with a manager at the store on a weekday and they immediately offered me a group interview a few days later. I interviewed with two other girls and two managers. After that, I was asked to stay and was told the general manager would call the next day to set up another interview. However, I never got the call and I even called the store twice to follow up, but still no callback. Eventually, about a week and a half later, I got the call and was asked to come in the next day for a one-on-one interview with the general manager. During that interview, I was asked about 7-8 questions. I was then told someone would reach out in 3-4 days about the job offer. About 5 days later, I got a call offering me the sales specialist position at PINK.

I had 2 group interviews. The first one included me and two other girls. I don't like group interviews, but I made sure to answer every question first. While waiting for everyone to arrive, they had us walk around the store and socialize with the other interviewees. The questions were basic, but the last task was to sell an item to the group. One person got a candy bar, another a magazine, and I got lysol wipes. A few days later, I was called back for another interview, also a group one. This second one was just me and one other guy. We both got the job, though he only had to do that one interview.
