It was a super casual and friendly chat. They asked me why I wanted to work there and what I liked about the store. It was mostly about checking my attitude and if I'm sociable. Being friendly, open, and inviting seems like a good way to do well in this kind of customer service job.

I got an interview invite soon after submitting my resume online. It was a good experience at first. The interview was short, they asked me about my client approach and how I would sell things. We also had a short chat in English, even though the interview was mainly in Polish.
