Behavioral Presentation

I found the job opening online, and then I went straight to the store with my resume. After I spoke to a manager and finished my application, I had an interview right then and there. It lasted about 30 minutes. The manager and I walked around the store, and I talked about the window displays and product arrangements. The next day, I was called back for a second interview with a different manager. This manager used an Interview Guide and asked typical questions like, 'Tell me about yourself' and 'Why do you want to work at Victoria's Secret?'
