I applied online and got contacted. Had a quick phone call, then a face-to-face with two store managers. That went well, so I came back for a second face-to-face with one of the first managers and a new one. That also went well, and they said I'd hear back by the end of the week if hired. I got a call by the end of the week saying I was hired, but needed to meet the district manager (DM) to confirm my position based on my background and skills. I met the DM and the manager from the second interview the following Friday. They said I'd get a call by the end of the day. I never got a call, and after calling twice the next week, I got an automated email saying they were moving on with other candidates for a different position. I called the store for verification since I was told I was hired, but still no callback. It was a really unprofessional and confusing hiring process.

I applied when things were chill and got a call that same night to interview the next day. The interview was super short, like 10 mins, with the assistant manager. She hit me with some basic questions and said she'd check my references and then get back to me. Got another call that night saying I could start the next day. The whole thing wrapped up in just 3 days.
