The interview process was pleasant. First, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager where they asked common interview questions and about my experience. Then, I had a second interview, which was also a phone interview.

So the interview started with a quick call just to see if I fit the basic requirements and if I was actually interested. Then, there was a video call interview where they tested my data analysis skills and how I'd handle different customer scenarios. After that, if you did well, you got to meet with some team leads and higher-ups in a panel interview. This part was more about how I interact with people and if I'd be a good fit for the team. The last step was a presentation where I had to discuss a case study related to what the department actually does. They were really looking at how well I communicate, think critically, and if I'm on the same page with what the company believes in. If all went well, they let me know verbally and then sent over the official paperwork.

The interview process started off really nice and felt relaxed, the staff seemed lovely at first, but it was a different vibe once we got into the store. It was a group interview that included a few games and a sales role simulation. Afterward, we went around the table, and each person was asked questions about their past roles.
