It was an easy interview process, not too many invasive questions. It was an easy going interview that just asked basic questions. Overall for the first job it was ok. They did ask why I wanted to work there and I had to think of an answer other than it was my first job

Submitted my resume and then got a call about my visa, holidays, and availability (part-time/full-time) and a quick intro. Then, I had a group interview where we did three things: built a bridge out of straws to hold a pen, organized panties by color per company instructions, and filled out an availability form. Also did a private interview with a customer service simulation and a question about going above and beyond for a customer. Manager called 3 days later with the decision.

So I applied for this Stock Associate job at a new VS store opening in Canada. I emailed my resume and got a call back within a week. The interview itself was a group interview and it was kinda competitive, you had to really speak up to answer the questions, but everyone was really nice and diverse. They said they'd call back in two weeks, but I didn't hear back until three weeks later.
