The process started with a phone call, followed by a video conference with either the HR manager or an HR assistant. Then there was a final in-person meeting with the direct manager (N+1) and HR. All in all, it was a pretty quick process, taking about a week and a half.

The interview started with a recruiter from a recruitment agency in Paris. Then, I had a meeting with the group's HR. He was very late and didn't apologize. He wasn't focused. The interview wasn't very challenging. It was mostly an introduction to the group's culture with lots of explanations. Overall, it felt more like a warning about potential difficulties rather than a selection process. I declined the offer.

Behavioral Presentation

Had an initial HH interview via Skype after they saw my profile. Then, a Skype interview with the HRM. A couple of weeks later, I interviewed with the CEO - Region. A month after that, I had a physical interview with the HRM and the PDG of the company. Finally, there was a formal interview with the CEO Region and PDG to discuss strategies, policies, and actions to be taken.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a good meeting and constructive discussion, about 45 minutes long, with two managers (your direct supervisor and their supervisor). We talked about the company's situation and its internal technical and functional outlook. The context is mainly French, with no medium-term visibility on any potential international expansion.
