First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vibrant Technologies, Inc..
Human Resources
It started with a screening, then a group discussion. After that, there was an HR round, followed by a general knowledge test on human capital and current industry trends. I also had to give a seminar on a random topic given on the spot. Finally, there was a face-to-face interview to assess communication and basic English skills.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Do you have knowledge of Six Sigma?
- What is your understanding of human capital and the current situation in the field?
Network Technician
After sending in my resume, I got an interview invite in 2 days. The person I talked to, Corey, was really nice and easy to talk to. The interview was about an hour and included a walk-through of the place. I liked the company and the other techs I met. The techs have a pretty laid-back work environment. The sales and marketing folks seemed professional.
- Can you share an instance of a challenging diagnostic or troubleshooting problem you faced and how you managed to solve it?
IT Assistant
I applied online and they got back to me pretty fast for an interview. I went in and talked with two people who currently work there about the job for about half an hour. They described the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. They were both really nice guys, easy to talk to.
- Can you tell me about your experience and background with hardware?
