I found this Consultant gig on Indeed and applied straight away. Within an hour, the head recruiter emailed me to set up a call with HR for that same day. The HR call was pretty detailed; they covered the role, asked about my background, career aspirations, and what I was looking for salary-wise. Then, the very next day, I went in to meet a few people. Since I already had an offer on the table, I ended up meeting everyone in one go, and it lasted about 2.5 hours. By the time I got home, I had a voicemail saying they wanted to make me an offer. Seriously, the recruiter was super fast and considerate. I appreciated that they knew I had to decide quickly and were able to move at a brisk pace to make that happen.

It was pretty painless, there was a recruiter phone screen, then a hiring manager interview, followed by an in person interview. They're more focused on skills and how you'll fit into the culture over everything. There's a set personality that they look for and obviously set skills, so just be yourself and have solid experience in what they're looking for and you should do fine. Plus the office is cool, so it sets the stage for an open atmosphere.

I applied online and the whole thing took about a week. First, I had a phone interview with HR, then another with the marketing team. It was pretty simple. They asked about my past work and skills. Everyone I talked to was cool and the office vibe is super casual. They really care about finding people who vibe with the culture and also have the skills. I didn't get the job and they never told me what happened.

I had a phone interview with the chairman's executive assistant, and after that, they asked me to come in for an interview. The in-person part had 3 back-to-back half-hour interviews. I met with the campaign manager, the senior client services manager, and the vp of sales.
