The interview process was really thorough. The panel was super welcoming and seemed prepared and transparent about their work experience. After we talked, I felt like I had a really good grasp of what the job entails and what they expect.

Clinical Education Specialist
They told me they had over 100 applicants and planned to interview everyone, so the process took over 6 weeks. I had my first interview early on, and they said I was a top candidate and would definitely hear back. After 4 weeks and 3 emails from me, they finally scheduled the second of three interviews. They kept saying I was a top contender and they were excited about me. 3 more weeks and several emails later, they mentioned they had finished hiring and filled the position with 3 people. It was very disrespectful of my time and effort.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Software Development Engineer
Phone interviews are used by employers to find and hire people. They often use them to cut down on the number of people who will get an in-person interview. Sometimes, a phone interview is the only one you'll have. So, take it just as seriously as you would an interview with a hiring manager at their office.
