First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vibra Healthcare.
Registered Nurse
The interview was really quick, they just asked me a couple of questions and then asked if I had any questions for them. When I asked about the work culture, they mentioned that showing up for your shifts and trying to learn more skills are the things that make nurses stand out at Vibra.
- What made you decide to go into nursing?
- What activities have you been involved in since you graduated?
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process was easy and didn’t ask for much. They just asked for my resume, and no cover letter was needed. I got an interview within 2 weeks of submitting my application. The job asked typical behavioral questions, not much else. It helped that I was already in nursing school.
- Can you introduce yourself and discuss your strengths?
Chief Marketing Officer
I applied on July 10th, 2023. They contacted me right away and I had a phone screen on July 12th, 2023. Then, they scheduled me immediately to interview with the CEO and HR on July 20th, 2023. The very next day, July 21st, 2023, they wanted to book my final interview with another CEO on July 24th, 2023. It's now been 8 weeks since I started this process, and I've had to follow up 3-4 times for an update. They keep saying the CEO is still deciding. This company's 8-week hiring process is unbelievable and their communication is terrible, with candidates being ghosted. It's baffling.
- Can you discuss your experience and explain how it aligns with the needs at Vibra?
IT Specialist
I had two interviews. Both went very well in my opinion. However, I was told they made an offer to someone else and I was not selected, but they would keep me on file. Not even a week later, they want me to interview a second time. Same thing, the interview went well. But I looked them up on Glassdoor before my second interview and the ratings from their own IT staff were concerning. I also looked them up on LinkedIn. First thing I noticed immediately, absolutely no diversity representation whatsoever! All white men and white women, no black or brown employees that I could see, doesn’t mean they don’t exist but scares me in 2022. The work culture also seemed a bit stifled. I asked questions to probe into their work culture and management styles. The position was reposted to Indeed not even two hours after my interview. I reached out to the recruiter a few days later after getting an automated denial email from HR. She told me she didn’t have any feedback she could share. Makes me feel like they are intimidated by my work culture questions and/or the color of my skin because they didn’t even ask very many technical questions.
- How do you recognize good work besides salary?
- How do you boost morale during tough times?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
