Support
I got an email in December for an interview and had a phone call with HR where they asked basic questions about my background and interest in the role. A few days later, I was setting up a meeting with the team with the assistant HR rep. About a week after that, I had an onsite interview with 6 people, including managers and potential peers. I received an email about next steps, and they said they hoped to have a decision in about a week. A week later, I followed up and was told they hoped for a decision soon. Another week passed, and I asked again. They mentioned I was early in the process and still interviewing candidates, and again said a decision on next steps would be made by the end of the next week. This was about a month after the first time I heard that timeframe. Now it's almost month 3, and there's still no decision on next steps, even though I was told the position needed to be filled quickly. The start of the process was great, but it's been dragging on.

Intern
The communication was pretty bad and all over the place. My phone interview was supposed to be with HR but it ended up being with someone from the department. Then for the in-person, one person was unprepared and mentioned it was just thrown on her calendar. She had to call someone else in. Another person asked for documents and was surprised they weren't submitted/brought. It really seems like HR and other employees aren't communicating. After the interview, it was over a week of silence, and I had to email again to get an update. The hiring managers/HR really need to get organized.

Marketing
There's a lot of back and forth with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR. C-level execs are also involved. There's a disconnect between what the company needs and what the hiring manager wants. Be ready to spend at least two full days meeting with people and a full day for a top-grade interview. Besides work history, they'll ask about personal life and experiences. Minorities might get more scrutiny. They seem more interested in who you know and window shopping than hiring great employees. The office is messy, people seem overworked and underappreciated, and roles are still being figured out. HR is disorganized and doesn't follow up as promised.

Customer Success
I had a phone interview from one of the HR people about a week or two after I sent in a resume. That went well, and a week later they asked to schedule an in-person interview. We scheduled it for 2 weeks later when I would be in Chicago for the weekend. The in-person interview was actually a series of interviews. One in-person with the HR woman, and 3 interviews back to back with various Customer Success associates and managers. Heard back with an offer about a month after the interview.
