Behavioral

So first I had to fill out an application form with a bunch of behavioral questions asking why I was a good fit. It took me a few hours to finish it. After that, I had an interview with an HR person from Spain. She said I'd get feedback after, and I could ask questions before. I sent a bunch of emails but she never replied, which was annoying and felt disrespectful.

I talked to 4 recruiters from the same temp agency for two weeks. They were super cagey about the job details, pay, benefits, and how long the contract was. It took the whole two weeks to get any info, even after asking them a bunch. They set up an interview, but kept asking me how fast I'd take an offer before I'd even interviewed. Apparently, saying 1-3 days was too slow and they canceled my interview because I wouldn't commit to accepting within 24 hours. If a company pressures you to accept an offer before interviewing, it sounds like a place with high turnover and a bad work environment.

Started with an HR phone screen, then a 1:1 virtual chat with my direct manager. Before the next interview, I had to take 5 psychometric and personality tests (McQuiag and The Rogers Group), which felt excessive and like a lack of trust. The second interview was with the VP of Sales and my direct manager, involving a role play and a case study that was supposed to be sent 48 hours prior but never arrived, hinting at internal issues. They also wouldn't explain the REM, which felt invalidating. I decided not to continue.
