I had about 10 discussions with 8 different people, going through a few phone and video calls, and then an on-site meeting. I liked that people from all levels were involved in getting to know me. The approach and the high skill levels were great, but I had to decline due to financial reasons, as childcare is very expensive in Switzerland.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Got a 20 minute intro call from the recruiter with behavioral questions like proudest moment and overcoming challenges. Then, a technical phone call was set up by the hiring manager with another engineer. The engineer, who was new to the process, asked engineering questions which I answered well. After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter. A week later, I was told I wasn't moving forward due to lacking RF knowledge, despite my background and interview performance. The whole process took over a month with long response times.
