First, I had an initial phone screen with the talent team. The recruiter I spoke with was knowledgeable and gave me a good overview of the role and a realistic preview of the job. They told me the whole next selection process and it went just like they said. Then, I had an in-person interview at the store where I applied, and it included the store manager and territory manager. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed me. Before I left, they answered all my questions and told me when I could expect a hiring decision. They kept in touch throughout the process, and I thought it went well.

I applied and got a call from HR that same afternoon! After that, I had another phone interview with two other people. Then, I was invited for an on-site visit with two directors and another manager. The first call was basically a sales pitch about the company and what they needed for the position. The middle interview had more of the typical interview questions. The on-site questions were mostly about my past work, my ideas, and what I'd do in my first week.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an in-person interview with a regional manager. It seemed to go really well, but I never heard back. I emailed the manager, and he was kind of short with his reply. He said they had an internal candidate to interview. I got the vibe the internal person was going to get it anyway, and my interview was just a formality. I was disappointed by the total lack of response; at least they could have sent an email saying I didn't get the job.

I applied online and got a call pretty quickly for an interview. Finding the place was a bit tricky 'cause it's locked and doesn't have a sign, but I got there a little late and the interview started. It was a private chat with the head supervisor of the call center, Megan, and the supervisor of Data, Marlena. They offered me the job right after, pending a drug test. I took the test and then got the job.
