You'll talk about your experience related to the role and how you'd best handle challenges and meet the department's needs. They'll also ask about what you're looking for in the role and your future development.

The interview process started with a meeting with the team leader, followed by a second meeting with the CMO and HR. There were two interviewers at each stage. The interviews took place at the Viacom offices.
