Had 2 initial interviews with the hiring manager. The hiring process is about 8 interviews, which is a lot. The hiring manager wanted to add one more round. Then the recruiter called me (at 7:30 pm) to ask about my experience. I gave positive feedback and shared some concerns about growth and impact opportunities. The recruiter then scheduled my interview. However, in the morning after, they called to cancel the interview because I expressed my concerns. If a candidate can't share their opinion, it reflects poorly on the environment and the employer, especially with HR's behavior. It was a very disappointing experience.

The interview process moved really quickly considering I had 7 interviews. My availability was super flexible, which definitely helped speed things up. They were great at communicating about scheduling throughout the whole thing. Right from the start, they were really open about what to expect and explained why there were so many stages. This gave me a good sense of the company culture and what they value, which I really liked. I had a great time chatting with everyone I interviewed with from different offices and roles – they were all fantastic people. I felt like I learned more about the company with each step. Honestly, every round just made me more eager to join!

They really seem to want to find the right person for the job, but man, the interview process was super uncomfortable. It was like a barrage of rapid-fire situational questions. They scheduled back-to-back interviews with no breaks at all, which is just a badly designed interview and sets people up to fail from exhaustion. Like, candidates aren't going to feel comfortable asking for breaks when they're scheduled like this with busy people from the company. I didn't ask for a break, but each interviewer told me they make the interview process difficult on purpose.
