I sent in my application on their website and then I got an email back to schedule an interview with a product manager. We did a video call on Google Meet and they asked me a bunch of behavioral questions, like about my past work and why I wanted to join Via.

Behavioral Technical

The initial phone interview was a really uncomfortable, rapid-fire interrogation. The interviewer had a really intense energy which made me super nervous and uncomfortable. It felt more like an interrogation than an intro call, and she asked questions that would be more appropriate for later rounds.

Behavioral Technical Case

So, the interview process for this role involves three interviews, all pretty professional and respectful. Two of these are with Product Directors, and then there's one with the R&D Team Leader. After those, you gotta do a home assignment. It's a bit long, but it gives you a good feel for how they work.
