I went through 3 rounds for this role. The first was a recruiter call. The second was with a Customer Success Manager, and the third was with the VP of Customer Success. I had mentioned my location outside of MDT/MST to the recruiter early on. After the 3 rounds, I was rejected because the VP was worried about my location and time zone. The team knew my time zone from the start. I wish they had figured out the time zone fit earlier before moving me forward.

Great overall experience! They helped me understand the role, responsibilities, and company culture. The interview process was smooth, I spoke with Talent Acquisition and three members of the executive team. They did a great job explaining where the company is at and where they want to be!

Pretty standard interview process. I had a quick chat with a recruiter first. Then, I had two interviews with the head of product since I was one of the first product people hired there. In the second interview, I showed off some of my past work. Finally, I met with the COO. The recruiter was my main point of contact and was always really good about getting back to me and setting up interviews.

The interview process was enjoyable. I visited the office and was welcomed by staff, including the CSO. The atmosphere felt focused but relaxed. I spoke with several managers who inquired about my past work experience and evaluated my suitability for the position based on my communication abilities, interest in technology, and other factors. They described the role and answered all my questions, even though it took longer than expected.
