The interview was super quick and painless. They asked some standard interview questions. I even got a free pizza to try, which was amazing (10/10!). I can only speak to the interview part for now, but we'll see how the rest of it goes.
- What's your approach to managing guests who have had too much to drink?
Line Cook
I talked with a few managers, and the interview was pretty straightforward and not stressful. They mostly asked general things about my background and when I can work. They did ask about pizza kitchen experience even though it wasn't a must-have. The main thing they cared about was if I was eager to learn.
- How long have you worked in a kitchen?
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What is your availability for shifts?

This was a typical interview for a serving position. I knew someone who worked there, so it was very low pressure. The job has a pretty high turnover rate, so the interview process is not too extensive.
