I talked to the recruiter first, who was fine. Then I had a video interview with someone from HR who grilled me for 45 minutes straight about why I wanted to leave my job. It felt like they didn't want me to succeed at all, and I even wondered if my race was a factor. I told the recruiter I was withdrawing my application right away. To top it off, the HR person didn't know anything about the actual Account Manager job. Seriously, don't waste your time on this.

I talked to the recruiter and then the regional manager on the phone. Then I had two video interviews with the sales director and regional manager. After that, I interviewed with an operations director. They checked my references and then called to offer me the job at 11:30 a.m. I asked about pay, vacation, and pay frequency because the insurance seemed high for bi-weekly pay. I got an email saying I had many questions and they would call me back that evening. Around 6 p.m., the regional manager called and took back the offer from 6 hours prior. Super weird. They talk about their unique culture and Christian culture, but I'd say it's strange and not very Christian.

The interview process is extremely odd and way too lengthy. You will be asked about feedback about everything throughout the entire interview process. They want you to judge them in the hour you sit with them what you don't like about them. This was very difficult as I'm not a very judgmental person and they make you pick something. They kept saying they felt like they weren't getting to know me or my interviews were scripted. Well, when someone asks you about your previous employer and you truly hate the place you work at you aren't generally supposed to say that in an interview...however, they would prefer you tell them you absolutely hate the place you work at, rather than saying the positives about your current job. Just a word of advice while they are talking think about what you don't like about them because they will ask you and make you say an answer. The oddest interview process I've ever been through.

It was a straightforward process with 3 interviews: a phone call, a face-to-face meeting, and a management interview. Everything was easy to understand, and they were flexible with timing. Overall, it was a great experience with friendly and cooperative people. I appreciated how they clearly explained what was expected.
