The UA recruiter was super helpful and gave clear info. There were 4 interviews in total: 2 focusing on tech topics and 2 on assessing culture fit. After the initial interview, I had to complete a technical task, which involved integrating their product into my local environment.

I started with a 30-minute phone screen with Eric, where we discussed my background, career goals, VGS's business, and their needs. He even gave me some resume feedback, which was super helpful! Since things looked good, I had a Google Meets interview with the Global Head of Support and Integrations. This was similar, covering my background, why VGS, my goals, and relevant skills, plus some soft skills questions. Then came a technical task: set up a Single Page App to interact with VGS's proxy for data redaction. I completed it and sent a PR. The next stage was a series of 3 interviews back-to-back on a single morning with the team in Ukraine. First was with my potential manager, which was more in-depth technically. The next was with the manager, a project manager, and another tech support engineer, focusing heavily on technical details like APIs, proxies, security, and encryption. The final interview of the day was with the head of Customer Success, also quite technical. After that, Eric called with a verbal offer. Apparently, there are usually a couple more interviews, but they skipped them in my case.

The interview process was super smooth and went by really fast. I ended up talking to 4 different people, and then like 2-3 business days after the last one, they sent over an offer letter.
