The interview process was super straightforward. It started with a screening call with the Head of Recruiting. Then, I had another phone interview with the Head of Sales. After that, I went on-site and met with two Account Executives, the Business Development Manager, and the Head of Sales. The last step was a product pitch, where I handled an inbound lead that was passed from sales development. Everyone was really upfront about everything during the process, and they knew precisely the kind of employee they were seeking. Once they decided, they gave me an offer right away.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward and very much a standard sales interview. I first had a screen with the recruiter, followed by a hangouts meeting with the sales manager. After that, I had a mock call with the sales manager (I was given a thorough prompt and clear cut instructions), and eventually went onsite to meet the team. The onsite interview was a little over 3 hours (met with 4 people for 45 minutes each), and it went very smoothly. One thing I really appreciated throughout this process was that everyone was very transparent and straight forward; this company prides itself on transparency and that was very apparent throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed this process, and highly recommend anyone interested to apply.

The process was efficient and engaging. Members of the team went out of their way to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and even gave advice for the following rounds. I would recommend applying to this company - it is clear everyone is smart, friendly, and dedicated to the business.
