Applied online, then did an online assessment and a typing test. After that, I had an interview with HR, and then right after that, an interview with the department manager. I sent an email to follow up and got a phone call with the job offer.

Got a call from one of the engineers directly for an onsite interview with himself and a hiring manager. I think they preferred local candidates. It was an easy hour-long interview, and the interviewers were very friendly. I've been waiting for the results for over a month but never heard back. It's really appreciated if you get back to the candidate even if it's a rejection.

My single interview was with an operations manager who asked about my customer service experience. Some of my coworkers had to do more than one interview, but I only found out about that about a year after I started. Many people get interviewed because current employees recommend them (friends/family), so I think if you know someone there, you might have a higher chance of interviewing twice.
