It was more of an introduction than an interview. Very friendly. I met with each employee. They explained the company and procedures. They promised no changes, and so far, there haven't been any. However, the communication isn't clear. I would like clearer and more personal communication from upper management.

It was a really chill interview process. They asked a few brain teaser questions, kind of like consulting ones, just to see how I think and approach problems. I also talked about my summer goals, what I wanted to learn from the internship, and what kind of work environment I prefer.

The interview process involved about five to six rounds, all conducted virtually. I got to meet some great people. While industry knowledge wasn't strictly required, it would definitely be beneficial. There were no technical or unusual questions for a GM role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Nothing too challenging, mostly just checking the boxes to get through it. There wasn't a recruiting team involved at the time.
