I had a virtual interview with some diversity and recruitment folks. They asked some basic interview questions, and the recruiting staff was really friendly. I got a lot of chances to ask questions. The interviewers were upfront about what to expect in the position and what a day-to-day schedule would be like.

Behavioral Technical Case

A current employee I've known for a while recommended me. After I sent him my resume, a marketing manager emailed me saying an internship coordinator wanted to chat on the phone. The coordinator called me the next day. We talked for about 6-8 minutes about the internship and if I had questions. The call ended with me scheduled for an interview. I dressed business professional, as usual. The interview had marketing-focused questions. They asked about my online marketing experience, if I'd stay in Columbia if they offered me the job, and other standard interview questions. It wasn't too formal, kind of reflecting the company vibe. I got an offer within the week.

applied online, got a super fast follow up, they needed letters of rec, and I had to do some online screenings before the actual interview. The interview itself was about 30 minutes over the phone. Mostly just standard stuff with the recruiter through email.
