Contact Coordinator
This was one of the best job interviews I've had. I interviewed with one other person for the two available positions. The interviewers were the two women who managed the team I was applying for, and they were both super friendly and professional. They knew interviews can be stressful and helped make things more relaxed by laughing and smiling. They hired both of us right after the interview and asked about our start dates.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in working here?
- What would you consider to be one of your biggest weaknesses?
- What are your strengths?
Loan Officer
they asked about my experience, etc. it was a good interview, and the people were nice. they asked all the important questions, and gave an accurate description of the work environment and what it entails. they were very professional and informative when I asked questions. we discussed pay and benefits comfortably and proficiently. they explained job duties and expectations, and created a healthy platform for discussing my questions and concerns.
- How long have you been in this business?
Loan Officer
I met with the branch manager at the San Diego office. After about half an hour of small talk, I met with two hiring managers who asked the actual interview questions. They seemed like really nice people, and I think they would be good to work with.
- What is it that drives you?
Loan Officer
I went through a few interviews with the hiring managers, and they all asked me the same things. I think I got the job mostly because I knew someone in the office, and it turns out that's how most people get hired here, through referrals.
- What keeps you motivated in your work?
