Software Developer
I had a great experience interviewing. It was fast and pretty easy to get through. I was also given comprehensive benefit information. A few too many phone calls to get things set up but that is understandable sometimes.
- Questions asked were about my experience.
- Questions asked were about my resume.
UX Designer
It was the regular process. Started with a 15-minute chat with the recruiter. Then, there was a short video call. After that, I had an hour-long meeting with the team over video. The whole process was pretty standard and everything happened right on time.
- Can you tell me about your approach to design challenges?
- What is your understanding and experience with 508 accessibility standards?
Salesforce Practice Lead
It was a 30 minute phone screen. We didn't really talk about the job itself, more about the hours not being flexible and the low number of sick days. They also mentioned not being veteran friendly, which was kind of weird because they do support veteran organizations.
- Are you able to work east coast hours?
- What is the company policy on sick days?
Consultant
I had an initial call with the recruiter that was about 20 minutes long. They asked me some specific questions about my technical background. The next day, I got an invite for an interview with the hiring team, which included an agenda. This interview was about 30-35 minutes. I got my feedback and the offer letter in under 24 hours, so it was a really quick and simple process. Just be ready to talk about your technical skills!
- How does your experience and skillset align with this role?
- Given our support for AWS certifications, which would you pursue in your first year?
- Can you describe your experience with development work, including fixing code issues and rewriting code from scratch?
