The interview process was pretty straightforward. They really tried to emphasize the amount of door knocking and cold calling involved, maybe to scare candidates off. You don't need a ton of sales experience to get this job, though.

Had a quick call with a screener who was enthusiastic about the company but slightly mischaracterized the role. Then had an in-person meeting at the office with my potential direct manager; they seemed like good people, and I liked that they were direct and asked for the opportunity. During the in-person, I learned that the initial description might have been a bit off. Next, I had a virtual interview with what I believe was a VP, who started by clarifying my earlier confusion, which led me to politely decline to proceed further.

Behavioral Technical

Went through 3 interviews back to back really fast. Got good feedback until I met two people who'd worked there a long time. They basically decided they didn't want me before they even talked to me and seemed annoyed to be there. They talked a lot about how growth means more work. I didn't hear back for days, then they just said no. It wasn't a good experience.
