It was pretty simple, first I had a call with the manager, then they had me do a styling exercise. The day after that was done, I talked to a director from their home office and they gave me a job offer that same afternoon.

The whole process took way too long and was super unprofessional. They said I'd find out either way, but I never heard back. It's frustrating to go through a 3-week process and then get ghosted. A simple email would have been enough. I've dealt with other companies that were much more professional and quicker. Honestly, don't bother with this one.

They ask you a few general questions (if you have previous experience, how you would handle a return, how to handle conflict with other coworkers) and then have you work the floor to see how you interact with customers. This can be awkward and hard because there are other workers there and you can not really help the customers if they need it or if the store is not crowded. Interview did not seem very genuine and the interviewer forgot my name multiple times but very nice people.
