started with the hiring manager and another senior team member to go over the role and team structure. Then, I had to do an aptitude test by a certain date. The last interview was with HR and the hiring manager, where we talked about my test results and how I'd fit into the company.

Technical System Design Behavioral
The interview process took about 2 weeks and involved a lot of technical questions. I was selected after 2 weeks. The process included HR screening, a technical round, a round focusing on system engineering and lubrication systems, and a leadership and behavioral round. They asked technical questions about gearboxes, lubrication, cooling, and system integration, as well as Six Sigma. They also asked behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, and cross-cultural communication. I talked about my past work at Rolls-Royce and Mahindra, emphasizing my projects on wind turbine lubrication and gearboxes, and demonstrated structured problem-solving.
