No formal process, I was told I was out of range but would be escalated due to my strong profile. This led to a series of interviews with weeks of silence in between. After repeated follow-ups, I completed the final round at HQ. I was promised feedback within 4 days post the last two interviews, but a week later, heard nothing. Another follow-up revealed no offer was extended. The job reappeared online a week after that, indicating they hadn't hired anyone. Unsurprisingly, a recruiter contacted me about the same role a week later, stating I was a perfect fit. It's a decent company that desires change but needs to actually implement it.

The interview process was handled by a few executives. They made a real effort to get to know us. I came away with very positive feelings about all the interviewers, making me think Vestar is a fantastic place to work. They even offered to help candidates who weren't selected for the internship.

The interview process started with an initial screening, followed by a phone call and a video interview. I heard there were supposed to be 3rd and 4th interviews, but I didn't get that far. I got a generic rejection email after the video interview with no specific feedback. The hiring manager apparently felt I wasn't a good fit for the team.

This interview experience was quite poor due to the interviewer. They didn't ask any meaningful questions and seemed to lack any personality. It didn't leave me feeling enthusiastic about potentially working there; in fact, it was the opposite.
