The interview process has 4 rounds. First is an HR phone interview where they'll ask about your background, skills, salary expectations, and if you're willing to relocate. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, which is a technical conversation. Next, you'll interview with the VP, involving a technical conversation, problem-solving, and discussing your approach. Finally, you'll meet with current team members.

The interview process started with a recruiter, then I interviewed with the director who thought I was a good fit. The next step was a call with two management people, and I learned the Network Engineering team hasn't had a manager in almost two years and that the previous one wasn't good. The interview seemed to end positively, with them saying they'd set up another interview, but this was apparently not communicated to the recruiter, which felt like a lie because they told the recruiter something different. It's been over 3 months, and they still haven't filled either the manager or engineer roles. Other network engineers there said they've had a lot of turnover, with only one engineer having been there over 1.5 years.

Had 2 interviews that were spaced out over a couple months. They were pretty chill, felt more like a conversation about my past work, future goals, and the kind of experience I have and want. I felt comfortable. There were only ever 2 people in the interview each time, so it wasn't like an interrogation, more like a chat, which I liked.

The interview process was thorough, positive and structured. I was well informed on how the process would work, the timing and who the people were going to be interviewing me for the job. I really liked the first screening interview as it focused on how, why and what makes a good fit between the company, the role and the people. Very positive, genuine, transparent experience.
