Technical Support Engineer
We had a long interview with the team, lead and hiring manager. Each part was about 30 minutes. The team was friendly and asked situational questions. The team lead was talkative and did a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The hiring manager was more technical and much more serious.

Manager
It was a long interview process, took three months total with another month waiting for a response. First, there was a phone screening, then a video interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview with the team that included an assignment and presentation. The interviewers were chill and the questions weren't super hard. But, it felt like the hiring team wasn't really sure what they wanted. Honestly, the drawn-out process and slow responses really made it a bad experience, especially after putting in time for an assignment/presentation.

Commercial Analyst
It started with a call with HR, then I got an excel data task. The task was to write 5 shipping stories using the provided data and display them in a document of my choice. The issue was that very little context was given with the data, and it had to be done within 3 days. After that, there was a 30/40 minute interview. The interviewer didn't really talk about the task I put effort into, just said it was done. Instead, they focused on my potential verbal/presenting skills for clients, not the data and analysis skills the task was supposed to show. Honestly, it wasn't a good experience; they didn't seem to value my time or effort.

Employee Experience Manager
I went through four rounds of interviews before getting an automated email saying the job was filled. First, there was a 30-minute call with a Talent Manager. Then, a 45-minute Teams interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, a 1-hour in-person interview at their London office with the Office Co-ordinator. Finally, a 1-hour Teams interview with the Chief People Officer. I was told I'd hear back within three working days after the last interview. However, it took just over a week, and I only heard back via an automated email from their Recruitment team, not personally from the Talent Manager I'd been in touch with. This was after I followed up to ask about the outcome. I asked the Talent Manager for feedback to understand why I wasn't selected after four stages, but they said they couldn't provide specific feedback, just that they had a great response from candidates and chose ones who 'far exceeded' expectations. This didn't really explain anything. For a company that values 'Do the right thing', I would have appreciated a quick call or email with feedback from someone involved in the interviews, especially after four stages. The interview process itself was good up until the automated rejection email, which felt impersonal and changed my view of the company. I hope Veson reviews how they handle outcomes and feedback for candidates, particularly those who go through multiple interview stages, and considers providing individual feedback, as many other companies do. This would make a big difference for candidates, even unsuccessful ones.
