First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Veseris.
Credit Specialist
The interviewers seemed really stuck up. They kept asking me about my lack of experience, which made me wonder why they interviewed me in the first place if I didn’t have enough experience. They didn’t seem to understand or respect any of my answers or me as a person. They were giving me dirty looks; just all around were not friendly people. They made me feel inferior because of my age. The questions weren’t hard; they just wanted someone older and more experienced. I have no clue why they gave me an interview.
- How do you manage handling multiple tasks at once?
Sales
It was a pretty standard interview process with a few follow-up meetings. I talked to managers, HR, and some of the staff. They asked basic questions, industry-related questions, questions about my experience, and background questions. It was a mix of phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Can you tell me about your industry experience?
Accounts Receivable Specialist
It was a standard 30-minute video interview. The interviewer started by telling me about the company and the job. Then they asked about my experience, followed by a few questions about my past jobs. They mentioned that the role involves a lot of Excel work.
- Can you give an example of a process improvement project you led?
