It was a 45-minute interview. They focused on student support and the role itself. You'll have plenty of chances to talk about your past work and show your personality. Basically, if you've worked with student welfare before, you should be good to go with the questions.

I found the product interesting and the interviewers to be kind, but I was taken aback by several red flags regarding the company culture. It appears they've reinforced some poor decisions and attitudes, possibly due to recent negative experiences, instead of focusing on best practices. The hiring process itself felt burdened by a general atmosphere of suspicion and low regard for employees, marked by poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the company. Be sure to prepare many questions.

The interview process felt disorganized, like they weren't sure what they were looking for. It involved a Hirevue, then two Zoom calls, totaling three rounds. After the Hirevue, I got an email saying the position was postponed and to expect an update in two weeks. Strangely, the next day I received an email to schedule an interview. Following that, I had another Zoom interview where the hiring manager seemed unsure about the role's specifics. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week, but received an email the next day stating they were no longer hiring for the position. No personalized feedback was given, making it feel like a complete waste of time.

I applied and heard back a week later about an online interview with one person. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. It was mostly a chat to see if we were a good fit and what the job involves. I think there were about 3 questions about the role, and I could talk about my experience. I followed up a week later, and they said they'd let me know about their decision once they confirm student enrollment numbers. It took almost 6 weeks to get their final answer, even after I emailed them two more times. I liked the interview and was excited about the school, so the long wait and the outcome were disappointing. I'd consider applying again though.
