Interview went well on my end, but they ghosted me which tells me they do not value my time. I prefer direct communication and some level of professionalism, it is the bare minimum. Other than that, the person interviewing was easy to talk to and seemed passionate about their work.

This was a really long and tiring process, spanning 3 months from the initial screening to the final interview. I had to constantly follow up with the recruiter in the Philippines on a weekly basis because they didn't seem very serious about my application.

Applied and then got contacted a few weeks later by a headhunter for a phone interview. We talked for about 2 weeks. Then had a phone interview with the HR Director, Barb Hill. She was nice and the interview went well. Got called back for a second interview a week later, which was in-person. This second interview happened 3 weeks after the phone interview with Mrs. Hill. It was supposed to be 2 hours, with 30 mins with 3 Directors and 30 mins with the person leaving the job. I only met with Mrs. Hill and the person leaving the job. The Admin leaving was sharp and asked detailed questions about the job. I was a bit disappointed I didn't meet the other two directors, but it wasn't a big deal.

The interview process involved numerous rounds with various VPs. I discovered that the parent LBO ultimately made the final hiring decision, which even surprised their own staff. It's a really great company with many challenges and opportunities for growth, aiming for significant achievements. Joining this transformation would be fantastic.
